I have recently used the services of Cardow and partners Urunga in the sale of my property. This was a difficult sale to make as the house had been a bit unloved for several years due to personnel issues and there were several problems that came up with the local council and crown lands with regards to approvals and licences. Grant and Gail Cardow were understanding, patient and very helpful during this process and I believe they went beyond what you would normally expect an agency to deal with. The sale price was well above my expectations and I coundn't be happier. I have no doubt that I picked the right team and recommend them to anyone who is considering to purchase or sell a property.
